By creating an account or using Poiema, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Poiema for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to your email and identity provider, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at support@poiema.pro if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Plan allowances refresh as described at purchase and do not roll over unless explicitly stated. Purchased service credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may be used only with an active eligible plan. Taxes and currency conversion may apply.

Generation prices are shown before submission where an exact quote is available. A temporary reservation may be placed against your balance while work runs. Failed generations are released and are not charged to your customer balance. Provider costs and technical limits may change; current customer prices are shown in Poiema before use.

You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant Poiema a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and fulfil your requests.

Subject to payment and applicable law, Poiema does not claim ownership of generated output created for you. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, or similar to material produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing output and confirming that your use does not infringe rights, mislead people, or breach law.

You must not use Poiema to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, bypass safeguards, obtain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, misrepresent generated media as authentic where disclosure is required, or create content prohibited by an applicable provider policy.

We may update features, models, capacity, and technical limits to maintain security and service quality. We aim to provide reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned or urgent maintenance, provider outages, and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

You may cancel through the billing portal. Access to paid generation features may end when a subscription expires or a renewal fails, while existing content remains viewable or exportable where the product permits. We may suspend access for security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, or a material breach. Account deletion begins a 30-day recovery period before permanent purge, subject to records we must lawfully retain.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Poiema is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions made from unreviewed AI output. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Poiema in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept it. Questions can be sent to support@poiema.pro.
